The Dumbbell Chest Press is a great exercise primarily using the Chest as well as the Shoulders and Triceps.
To perform the Dumbbell Chest Press lie on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand resting on top of your thighs with palms facing each other. Using your thighs raise the dumbbells up extending your arms and keeping them shoulder width apart, arms are directly over shoulders. Now turn your wrists so the dumbbells are facing away from you. Keep your feet on the floor, allowing your back to keep a natural arch with a slight gap between the bench and your lower back. Hold your shoulders back and down. Forearms stay perpendicular to the ground. Tilt your chin to your toward your chest and activate your abdominals. Now lower the dumbbells down and slightly to the side so your elbows are just below your shoulders. Push the weights back up and bring the elbows together. The dumbbells will form a triangular motion during the exercise. Make sure your chest press is slow and controlled. When finished lift your legs off the ground with bent knees, turn wrists so your palms are facing each other and put dumbbells on your thighs. Push your upper body up and kick forward with your legs to get back up to the seated position. Keep dumbbells on thighs until you are upright and then place them on the ground.

The STAGGERED DEADLIFT is a great exercise for the back, glutes and legs.
Top perform the STAGGERED DUMBBELL DEADLIFT start by holding a set of dumbbells in front of your thighs, palms facing you with an overhand grip. With your feet about shoulder-width apart take a step forward with one of your feet and bend your knees slightly. Now bend forward at the hip, keeping both knees bent and slowly lower yourself until hands are hanging below you at 90° and your back is flat and parallel to the floor. As you lower, push your hips back, keep a straight back and engage your abdominals. Now pull up slowly to the start position. Once you have finished one side, repeat on the other side.

The PLATE BENT OVER ROW is a great exercise for strengthening the back.
To perform the plate bent over row hold the plate with both hands, palms facing each other. Stand with feet about hip width apart and knees slightly bent, bend forward from your hips holding the plate with straight arms. As you bend forward shift your weight back to your heels and move hips behind your ankles. Keep your back flat and slowly pull elbows back, pulling shoulder blades together and lift the plate toward your chest/tummy. Slowly lower plate to start position. Exhale as you pull weight up and inhale as you lower the plate.

Need a nice set of ABS ? Well, what are you waiting for ? Make your ABS one of your best assets with MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS. This tutorial will show you how you CAN DO IT.
The Mountain Climber is a great exercise that builds strength in your legs, core, shoulders and arms. It works the whole body including your cardiovascular system.
To perform the Mountain Climber start on all-fours with your shoulders directly over your hands. Move your legs into a lunge position by pulling one foot forward and extending the other one back. Contract the abs as both feet jump and switch positions alternating the feet. To make it harder just do the reps faster. To make it easier elevate your hands onto a step or bench or for even easier do the exercise with hands on a wall. If the jumping motion is too hard then step forward and extend the opposite leg back.
